Making a formal complaint
If you have had no success with the steps you have taken to try and resolve a problem with a business or trader, you can lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Protection by:

- Complaint form (PDF 234.5 KB) can be mailed or lodged in person at our Perth or regional offices.
If you have provided your email address, your file number will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If you have not provided an email address, a Consumer Protection officer will contact you within 14 days.
